Pokemon Diamond how to get pamtre berries?

You walk around in Hearthrome's Amity Square, for 200 steps until you find one. They are pretty rare, but are the best berries for beauty. (besides the micle berry, but that can only be obtained through a Nintendo special event) Good Luck!
