Can you use a old dish for any kind of reception?

Obviously you could, but the question is if you should!!! It honestly depends on the conditions of the dish. If the dish is cracked (badly) and or stained (badly) or other things similar to that have happened to the poor dish, then it is considered ineligible for getting taken to a reception.
