How do you change language in Gmail docs from Spanish to English?

I really dont know how to but I sort of do. Go to dictonary.com click translate pick spanish from what you want to write in. Then click on another small box and change it to english then click translate and there you go. Then hold right click on mouse and hover over the translation. After that right click on the blue area and a box pops up with..... undo, cut, copy, paste, delete, and select all. Wile the Words are still highlighted click copy. Now go to Gmail docs and right click on mouse again and then click paste in the samee little box. And done!
