What do you need to get to find out what fruit has the greatest electrical charge?

Put a zinc nail and copper wire in the fruit so they are not tuching. Hook up the wire and nail to a separate pair of alligator clips. hook up the other sides of the alligator clips to a Volt Meter and tada! =)
