How do you remove red wine stain from glass decanter with a very narrow neck?

Dilute vinegar 50% with hot water

Take 1/2 cup uncooked rice (or clean BBs)

Put all in the decanter

Add a squirt of gentle dishwashing liquid

Swirl it around for awhile

Dump, rinse, and dry on a decanter drying rack
