Your rear window.. does it just not work with the key fob, or will it not open at all, either by the button on the tailgate or by the button on the dash? If it won't open at all, chances are the plastic arm on the release actual has broken off... it's a pretty common problem on these Blazers. You'll have to remove the trim from the door panel and replace that component.

Dome lights and lighter... double check that fuse. It should be the one marked "courtesy" in your fuse panel. If I remember correctly, it's a 20 amp ATM fuse. If that's not the problem, you'll have to trace the wiring and see if there's a ground fault somewhere in the wiring.

I'll have to get back to you on the electric mirrors... I need to take some time to look at the wiring diagram and see what potential problem points I can isolate.
