It is best to allow the skin to naturally exfoliate, but you can use exfoliating creams to expedite the process. Swimming in chlorinated pools or soaking your hand in salt water will also help. Over the years I have herd people soaking their hands diluted bleach, using pumice stones with soap and scrubbing vigorously, CAUTION should be used. If these methods are not to your liking I would suggest covering the tattoo with a band aid or wear stylish gloves. Henna is not permanent! Time is your safest bet.
