How can universal peace be achieved for all beings?

In reality and in short Universal peace cannot be achieved at any given time unless all believed and implemented a set of law (it may be religious) in a way that they limit their ways and means voluntarily and allow others to live freely without fear and force, which I say will never happen. Self understanding, respect others value, self satisfaction, fear of God etc might be may help to achieve Peace practically. Allah says, until the affected victim forgive the person who harmed to him, HE (Allah) will and never forgive". If this taken into consideration by us and act accordingly the peace automatically comes to every ones mind.

Fear of God is most important to the peaceful life. God says that He will never forgive unless the person suffered by ones action forgives the culprit. If we fear and do no harm to others may lead in the way of peace.

MOST people yearn for peace, for good reason. Peace between peoples and nations requires more than just toleration. Can anyone really be at peace with someone he hates?

Since Jehovah is "the God who gives peace," peace can be experienced only by people who have love for God and deep respect for his righteous principles. Clearly, our heavenly Creator does not grant peace to everyone. "'There is no peace,' my God has said, 'for the wicked ones.'" This is because the wicked refuse to let themselves be guided by God's holy spirit, a fruit of which is peace.-Romans 15:33; Isaiah 57:21; Galatians 5:22.
