How can I recover the lost PUK for my blocked sim card?

You would have to get your PUK code from att.com

1st- you log in to your account then click My Services(under the Word 'Shop')

2nd- you click my phone/device

3rd- you click unblock SIM and a new window will pop up and show you the code.
