Can you take a video camera into the Olympic Stadium?

I saw flash Photography from pretty much everyone in the audience. I'm guessing if people were allowed to take still pictures they would be allowed to take video. Also, I remember Kobe Bryant taking footage of Michael Phelps from an iphone.
