No, she was a very self-centered, greedy and manipulative person. She was only nice to the people she thought could help her in some way. She murdered her brother and sister, murdered anyone who she thought would be her enemy, threatened a Roman citizen with torture and lied to her people after Actium. Even considering that she lived in different times than ours, she cannot be considered "nice".
