How do you make a wet mound?

You take your sample or whatever you want to make the wet mound out of and place it on a CLEAN slide. Get a medicine dropper and drop a few drops of water on the slide. Then take the cover slip and gently place it on top, being sure not to have any air bubbles. Then place it under the microscope, careful not to get any water on te lens
