On Pokemon Yellow how can you catch Mewtwo?

defeat the Pokemon league and surf to the cave next to cerulean city. the guy who used to be blocking the way should have moved seen as your the pkmn master. search the cave and mewtwo is at the end of the cave. be careful because theres powerful Pokemon in there. (lv.60+)
