Will there be cats in heaven?

In the Christian religion, animals are not capable of spiritual thinking and therefore cannot sin, and also cannot understand salvation/be saved. In the context of doctrines that accept heaven-going, this would mean that, unfortunately, your little feline is simply dead and buried.
