Who is the girl in the allstate commercials wearing the headset?

I am Kim Hidalgo check out myspace page** She is in one allstate commercial but she is not the girl wearing the headset. For some reason it is like impossible to find out who she really is. I've even asked KGB and they got it wrong. I'm assuming you're talking about the light skinned curly haired girl with the headset in that 3 part commercial, If so my answer stands as is. I can't find her and i am not to sure if it is even possible to find out who she is......... unless you ask Albert Haynesworth himself.lol:P
