What is the difference between blogging and tweeting?

Blogging: you can create large pieces of writing and include pictures, video, audio etc all in the one entry.

Twitter: each tweet is only 140 characters and so you're sending quick messages on what you're upto at that moment, rather than a "diary entry" like you might do on a blog.

That's why, tweeting is referred to a "Micro Blogging" & you can use it to display video/audio/images by including a link inside your tweet.

Twitter offers a URL shortner and there are plenty of them out there to help you make the most out the 140-char limit.
