Do bullfrogs hybornate

Bullfrogs do not hibernate in the traditional sense, but they do undergo a form of dormancy during colder months. In temperate regions, they typically seek shelter in mud at the bottom of ponds or burrow into the ground to escape freezing temperatures. This state of dormancy allows them to conserve energy until warmer weather returns, at which point they become active again.
