Where do you turn on UPnP?

Go to Services. Right click Type My Computer (Computer in Vista & Windows 7), Select Manage. Click on services & Applications. Select Services.

Look for Plug and play by typing the first letter "P". Click on its property and change to Automatic/Enabled. Don't forget to click on Apply before closing the properties pop up.
