How do you play Sega Saturn games on a PlayStation?

It's not possible to play Sega Saturn games on a standard, unmodified PlayStation console. The two systems have completely different hardware architectures, operating systems, and game formats. A PlayStation is designed to read and run games specifically made for the PlayStation platform.
