yes it is normal .example :.is better to look natural than to have a body that's not your real body..my sister is 21 too and shes just like you i guess.,, she has a beautiful body small boobs and a big a**.....and shes happy with it....im a girl too and im just like you i feel like having big boobs but at the same time i wont look cute with them because im happy with my natural body and my boyfriend loves me the way iam .for me that's all that matter
