What is the gender of lizard?

That depends on which lizard you are talking about. There are two enlarged "post-anal" scales just south of the vent on males, there is also a "hemipenal" bulge at the base of the tail on males. If the species in question happens to have a throat fan, if they display it, it's probably a male. Hope it helps :)
