There is some indication that the age at which human females reach sexual maturity or puberty is declining . Why?

A lot of experts believe this might be due to hormones in foods such as milk and chicken. Hormones are given to animals to help them grow and/or produce milk faster, and in turn when we ingest these animal products we also ingest the hormones. These hormones can also be making humans grow faster, causing puberty to occur at an earlier age. My advice: use organic products. They're hormone free, and they're better than you.
