What level does flareon learn a fire-type move in FireRed?

Around level 15-20. Flareon learns fire spin at level 36, and flamethrower at level 52. Although I am playing the leaf green version, they should be the same except if you are playing Diamond, Pearl or Platinum, then Flareon learns a different attack set.
