Certainly - although you don't necessarily need a credit card to use eBay. So long as you have a method of (preferably instant) payment - you can shop on eBay. You could sim,ply create a PayPal account - then 'load' that account with cash from your bank account. So long as there's a credit balance with Paypal - your purchase would be successful.
