If a girl lets you touch her belly does that mean she likes you?

You might be really close friends, and she thinks that you're at the point, where you can do that, or it's just that she wanted to show your somthing (which would be weird) like people do with hair. I would say she kind of like you. Ask her out if you like her. Its hard to give a straight answer to this one. Everyone is different and therefor have different ways of expressing their feelings. There are ways of finding out, the most certain is asking her. But this can come with rejection and all those fun things, or you can trust your gut usually it'll be correct.
