For instance, on Millionaire, if you answer any of the one first five questions incorrectly, the "TOTAL PRIZE MONEY" banner reads $0, but you will really get some kind of consolation prize. On Wheel of Fortune and JEOPARDY, the minimum consolation prize for third place is $1,000. It all depends on the game show itself.
