You get the net from the light house and get the balloons as well. (ask the person who is tying the balloons if you can have some.) Then put the balloon on the side of the front of the gift shop, (Make sure you have the pump and blow up a balloon.) then, it will pop. talk to the guy with the barrels in the lighthouse and get a barrel. shake it up and put it under the gift shop. then go to the tunnel and put the net there, then use the tent pegs from the sports shop, and the hammer from the gadget room to hold the shop up.
