Why has your taskbar changed from Windows 7 to Windows 7 basic?

If you didn't change the theme in personalize then it's probably a setting in Performance Options.

1. Search for and run: Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows
2. Make sure "Use visual styles on Windows and buttons" are checked.
