First of all if you drink pop cut that out. Drink only water and natural juices. Cut out the fatty foods. Don't drink diet pops. It has a perservative called aspirtam which causes you to think you are so hungry you eat more and more. There is a lot of chemicals invovled with it just trust me its not good for you at all. Then cut out the fast food. But one thing that can help is just cut out the pop entirely. Don't even have one a week or anything.
