That's most likely an engine misfire.

If so, misfires can be caused by quite a few different things:

If it's throttle body injected it's probably NOT a fuel problem but there's still a possibility.

* It COULD be electrical (spark) in which case it's possible that it's something like a coil pack, distributor cap, plug wire or sparkplug. * It COULD be a sticking or burned valve. Now you just have to find out which.
