How does Eugenia get oxygen?

Eugenia, like all plants, gets oxygen through a process called photosynthesis. During this process, she absorbs carbon dioxide from the air and water from the soil, using sunlight to convert these into glucose and oxygen. While plants primarily release oxygen as a byproduct of photosynthesis during the day, they also take in oxygen for respiration at night.
