Does a females body give signals when it is ready to get pregnant or do you just feel ready to have a child?

Women do have physical signs and feelings when they are fertile. Some women are more aware of them than others. In general, women are more receptive to having sex when tey are fertile. Knowing when you are ready to have a child is a different subject all together.
