No hormones can get you pregnant if you have had your tubes tied as there is no way for the sperm and egg to meet. Having your tubes tied is usually considered a permanent method of Birth Control. An operation may be possible to reverse the ligation but the best person to advise on how effective it might be is the OB/GYN who did the first operation.
