Where is strength on Pokemon FireRed on GBA?

Go inside the Safari Zone in Fuchsia City and head to Area 2 then go up, right, up, left then down and you will reach Area 3 and in there you can find an item capsule that contains Gold Teeth now leave the zone and to the right of the Fuchsia City pokemon center there's the warden's home and give him the teeth to get HM04 which contains Strength.
