You mean if you are a male and like Intersex people who live as female? Or do you mean liking gays that dress up as females (in drag) a lot? You could meet someone who is a pre-op transsexual, fall in love and then find out they have a penis. What would you do, would you continue to love them as your heart says, or back out of the relationship? Tough question unless you're in that spot. I would suggest seeing the movie Solder's Girl and seeing a real life enacting of that very scenario.
