How do you get ingredients in sims 2 pets?

To get ingredients on Sims 2 pets if u r on DS u can either press their r 2 ways 2 get ingredients.

1:You can either press start on the DS and then press launch catalog, then press catelog the 4th button down then you press on the 3 at the top of the screen and press on the jolly gourmet and choose your food.

2. or you can go up to your computer and press A and do exactly the same.
