93 F150 not startingNot starting, or not turning over? Starter, battery, solenoid, implies not turning over. If so, check both ends of both positive and negative battery cables. May not be getting a good ground. Sometimes, the cable can look fine but has corrosion on the inside. Electricity travels on the outside of a strand of wire, corrosion blocks this. Power the small terminal on the solenoid to see if it is ignition related. try thisCheck fuse J in fuse box and all fuses while you are there. When you turn the key to "start", 12 volts is sent to the starter relay to cause the battery to run the starter. The clutch has to be depressed also or the AT shift in park or neutral to pass the relay voltage.Hook a battery jumper cable to the starter side of the starter relay in the engine compartment and briefly touch the other end of that cable to the positive post on the battery. The starter should operate. Yes? Now remove the clamp from the starter side of the relay and connect it to the small post on the side of the relay. Briefly touch the other end of the jumper cable to the battery (If it has a rubber covered connector pull it off to expose the threaded screw end.) The relay should click and the starter should operate again. If Yes - start looking for a problem with the ignition switch, clutch interlock switch on a straight shift, or Backup/neutral switch on an automatic transmission type. There may be a bad connection somewhere also. I think inside the vehicle there are wires and connector coming out of the lower steering wheel housing. The starter wire is red and light blue. A test light or voltmeter would help you track the lost relay supply voltage.
