Can humans outrun black mambas

Yes. Humans can outrun any kind of snake. Although black mambas are considered the fastest snakes in the world at 10-12mph humans can run up to 23mph. I would venture to say that most Black Mamba's don't travel at 10-12 mph as most humans don't run 23mph, unless you are Usain Bolt. That being said if you are in decent shape you should be able to outrun a black mamba.
