How do i get pattern piece for 5 panel cap?

I did an internet search for "5 panel cap pattern" and I found several sites that have free patterns for you to use.

You can also take apart a cap that you buy at the thrift store for 25 cents and use that, or buy a pattern at your fabric supply store.
