Is a python deadlier than a rattlesnake?

In terms of poison, the python has none, and therefore is not as deadly as the rattler. Also, considering that pythons generally do not attack humans, and that only large specimens could even kill an adult, and that rattlers are aggressive and territorial, the answer would be No, the python isn't deadlier to humans. To their prey, it's a tossup. They both kill them in their own way.
