How do you remove the steel panel to change an outter door handle on a 1995 GMC Sierra pick up?

Same way as a 1996. The steel inner door liner needs to be removed. The trick is, that the window regulator runs inside the door, and has a track section on the steel liner, which is why the liner may seem impossible to remove. It is possible with a little wrangling of the assembly. Regardless, prepare yourself for BIG headaches if you don't change these handles regularly. These handles involve tons of patience nad small hands. Your hands will get scraped & cut.
