The reason you urinate more frequently is because SlimFast is a liquid used in place of solid food twice a day. ANY liquid entering an empty stomach will run through the system quickly so you and your john (loo) become much more friendly. Sheesh! Plain common sense.

More common sense...SF can't possibly have any appetite suppressant that works because, in the US, those are illegal or under medical prescription. It is barely possible that the fiber in SF may cause a feeling of being full but, back in my dieting days, I never found that to be the case. IMNSHO, SF's value lies in that it has some vitamins and minerals, some fiber and enough carbs to give you energy to get to the part of the day when you can eat.

Oh...and it makes you feel virtuous that you are actually doing something about being overweight...no matter how useless that "something" might be.
