Are they gonna make a basic instinct 3 movie?

As of now, there has been no official announcement regarding the production of "Basic Instinct 3." While there have been discussions and interest from fans over the years, both director Paul Verhoeven and star Sharon Stone have indicated that they are not currently pursuing a sequel. The franchise remains a classic, but any future installments seem unlikely at this time.
