My new puppy wont eat or drink anything for the pass two days and now she is vomiting to the point where she has noting to vomit whats wrong with her?

You really should get this puppy looked at by someone who knows what to do, for instance a vet (veterinary surgeon). Do so urgently, because the puppy may be very weak.
