What is the origin of psilocybin?

Psilocybin, along with many species of fungi, are capable of surviving in any condition, including radiation, acid rain, intense heat and lack of oxygen. Fungi are capable of surviving in space and can potentially provide nutrients to create life. This includes plants, trees, sea-life and much more. It was believed that this planet was originally populated by psilocybin mushrooms, which over billions of years, effectively created the life on earth we know today.
