If you're constantly hungry, you're probably not eating properly and getting the nutrition you need. Especially during the preteen years, when you hit your growth spurt, you need lots of fruits and veggies, protein, and healthy carbohydrates instead of junk food. If you don't eat properly, not only will you feel hungry because your body craves good nutrition, but you won't grow as well as you would if you ate the right foods!
