You need to find software that records sound on your computer. Most computer's come with some software, but Windows only has a 30 second sound recorder. You might be able to find a free program on the internet, but be careful as some of those free programs have viruses. Once you have the program you need one other item. A mini-plug to mini-plug / Male to male cable. Simply plug the speaker output into the microphone input and record the sound right back into your computer using the software. You should be able to adjust the volume of the recording through the software program. Most of these programs allow you to adjust the volume after you record it too. It is best to record it at about the volume you want first off all as amplifying it afterwards can sometimes make the sound messed up. This is an analog solution, but trust me that if you do it right your ears can't hear the difference. Nowadays computers and digital download quality is high enough that most people can't hear the difference. Good luck and don't buy your cable from Radio Shack because they simply charge too much.
