Why is furry paws so rubbish?

Its so rubbish because you cant really do the things it says you can do on it such as:

putting a collor on a dog - it says to go to your inventory (things i have) and choose give to name of dog but really the only things to choose out of are throw away or give to a shop. That is why furry paws is rubbish.
