How did the Brachiosaurus deal with predators?

When they are fully grown their shear size would have meant that predators couldn't bring them down unless like velocoraptor, which hunt in packs, would be able to bring one down if they were lucky but because the BrachiOSaurus lived in herds they could protect each other.
