It would be good if you had a cold, or even on a regular day, because it has 100% of your daily needs for Vitamin C. Its not a problem that it fills up your needs because you can have up to 1000% of your daily Vitamin C needs before you have problems. Other than that, not much except piling on the calories. No protein, very little sodium, and a mother-load of sugar(28g of sugar isn't a good way to start your day, you might as well have a slice of cake for breakfast), and its not a good source of other vitamins, iron, or calcium. Personally, I would only drink this if you have a cold, because the vitamin C is at a good level and will help you feel better. But a healthier drink is Orange Juice(especially with the pulp) as it has a good amount of vitamins and calcium, and isn's just adding calories.
So don't let labels and marketing fool you. This drink is only good for one thing, and is highly unhealthy. Buy orange juice, not Cran Cherry. Make a healthy choice for yourself.
